We are so excited for you to meet our team! We have asked the people you see below to help us coach your children not only because they are knowledgable and competent but, more importantly, they are outstanding people. This entire staff is committed to not only develop great lacrosse players but also help develop outstanding young adults. You can rest assured that each member of the staff truly cares about each of your kids and will be there for them, whatever it is they need.
HS staff
Hi, I’m Coach Jameson! I’ve been playing lacrosse for about 7 years and have spent the last 2 years coaching at Woodcreek High School, where I served as the assistant varsity coach. As a player, I was a varsity attackman at Woodcreek for 3 years. I’m really excited to be coaching this summer and can’t wait to see you guys develop as players!
Hi! My name is Jack Witt. I was Born in Sonoma county ca, played high school for Rancho cotate high school, college at Sierra Nevada college. Graduated in 2017 and have been coaching in the Sonoma county area until moving to the foothills in June 2024. My awards include:
4x mcla all American
3x wcll first team all conference
3x wcll defensive player of the year
All time ground ball record at snc (career, most in a game)

Hi my name is Mikey Dallas and I am so excited to be a coach here for the Invictus Lacrosse Club. I started playing lacrosse my freshman year of highschool. I started playing travel ball my junior year and I played for Lincoln highschool my senior year. I currently am a sophmore at the University of Oregon and play defense for the lacrosse team.
My name is Andrew Blair and I’m excited to be part of the coaching staff with Invictus this summer. I’m originally from Yuba City and have been playing lacrosse for the past 9 years. I played offensive midfield throughout high school and continued my lacrosse journey into college, where I’m currently a junior at the University of Nevada, Reno. I bring a year of high school coaching experience and focus primarily on developing offensive skills and strategy. I’m looking forward to helping our players grow their skills within the sport of lacrosse. I’m super excited for the fun and competitive summer this program has to offer!
Hi! My name is John Blair and I am extremely excited to be apart of the Invictus Organization! I will be helping run the media and provide exposure to invictus players. I also play lacrosse and plan to be apart of University of Nevada Reno Lacrosse program. I graduated from Lincoln High School and have played since 3rd grade, with a lot of experience and knowledge of the game. Can’t wait for the season to start!
Faceoffs
My name is Seth Konow, I’m a 2025 graduate of Woodcreek High School where I played the FOGO position and was selected 1st Team All Conference as well as picked for the Norcal All Star Game in 2025. I’ll be coaching faceoffs this summer with Invictus and headed to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the fall. Looking forward to a great summer!

Matt Oversteg
Hi I’m coach Matt! I’ve been playing lacrosse for 8 years and spent the last 3 years as the starting goalie for Del Oro High School, where I earned All-League honors each season. I’m continuing my lacrosse career at Grand Canyon University and couldn’t be more excited. This season, I’m looking forward to competing and helping our goalies develop their skills and confidence to be the best they can be!
